We allow a 15 minutes grace period for guest who could not arrive on time for the schedule appointment. We shall do our best endeavor to arrange another time/day slot for the treatment required.
Exchange and Refund Policy.
ServiceWe allow an exchange of therapist for a-la-carte treatment within 10 minutes of your session if the therapist attending is not performing up to the industry service standard.Any exchange and refund will be processed and completed within 14 days from date of purchase with a valid receipt.
